Have A Go with the Harpur Trust
A fun-filled and FREE family day.
Climbing wall, zorbs (human hamster balls), a mobile potholing cave, a penalty shoot out, and archery – all of which are completely free to use
The stage showcases performances and workshops by local groups and clubs throughout the day.
Have a go sessions including bowling, cycling, yoga, pottery, parcours, rugby, arts and crafts, singing, lace making, virtual rowing, circus activities, forest activities, wellbeing activities, and theatre skills.
A host of providers offering advice and support on issues from health and fitness (SmartFit gym will be there to give you a free health assessment), to how you can help in the effort to reduce homelessness in the town.
A great photo opportunity. At last year’s Have A Go the BCC had a stall and several club members who had taken images that day submitted them to the Harpur Trust. These were gratefully received and used on the Trust’s web sites. This year the club does not have a stall but if you take any images Cliff has the contact and email address of where to submit them.
