Photography TV programme on Sky Arts

We are indebted to Paul Hayward who has discovered another useful TV programme covering photography. This one is called “Master of Photography” and it is currently being shown on the Sky Arts channel which IS available on Freeview so you don’t have to subscribe to any TV streaming services.  The programme is shown on Tuesdays at 8pm and the format is rather like MasterChef where a challenge is set each week and one contestant is eliminated. It seems to be a mixture of Europeans competing, including some British photographers. Look out for the lippy lady from Liverpool! Great fun!

Photographs in the local newspaper

We have been approached by Hannah Richardson who is the community reporter with the Bedfordshire Times and Citizen newspaper.

The newspaper always includes a “Reader’s Photograph” on the “Readers’ Letters” page and she asked if BCC members might like to send in the occasional photograph to be considered for this purpose.

There is no payment but the picture would always be credited.

Images can be sent by email to: editorial@timesandcitizen.co.uk with “Reader’s Photograph” in the subject line. Images should be sent in jpeg format and they should be about 1Mb in size.

For further information you can contact Hannah directly
